Dear Parents,
Along with academic development, CBSE is insisting on the physical and mental well being of every child and to help them grow up as healthy adults.To abide by this norm, it has become mandatory for all the CBSE schools to carry out a yearly health check- up program for each child. Refer “School Health Manual” on the CBSE Website.hence Trinity International Public school is conducting the same for the students from classes Ist to Xth in collaboration with ITS and IDST which has a panel of doctors from ENT,Dental, Ophthalmology, Gen. Medicine with other medical and paramedical streams.
It is compulsory for all the students to go through the health check up and the parameters are recorded in a Health Cardprepared by the school, which will be filled by the respective class teachers.The Fee is Rs…../- and you are requested to remit it to the class teacher latest by …………….. 2019 along with the duty signed acknowledgement slip.
